Hi Dave, I am from Louisiana. Baton Rouge area. I am interested in getting into home brewing. Here to learn all I can and seek guidance so I get of to a right start.

If anyone lives in the Shreveport area, Bob Carbone sells supplies and tips at The Beerslayer in Grand Cane (between Mansfield and Stonewall on Fier Tower Road). Yeah, the proprieter of your local homebrew supply store (or typically anyone else that works there) is usually a very good source of how-to info.
