Hi All,
I am from Perth/Fremantle, Western Australia, and have been listening for a while now. really enjoy the show, and while most North American humour escapes me, I really find the crew amusing and witty.
Great to see that the archives are now up to date, so we can hear whats happening week to week,

Does Dr Scott practice on monday mornings? not sure Id like to be booked in for a root canal after a big night at the brewing network...

I like the on air tastings of beers, but do please keep in mind that many of your international listeners will not be able to get many of the lovely US craft brews.

Cheers

Welcome to the show. Always glad to see another Aussie here. As far as the tastings, how about posting what you can get there? Maybe they could ork at least a couple times with brews you can get. Can't hurt to ask

Thanks for that Lufah,

In terms of what we can get, well, alot of Begian, German, and British and then alot of those annoying premium lagers from around the world, I didnt bother with the Samuel Adams tasting, as the bottles I found were nearly 12 months out of date...SierraNevada Pale hads just been bought into the country at about US$4.50 a pop...

DoggerDan, unforutnatley the coopers Sparkling doesnt generally travel to well, hope the one you have is reasonably fresh. Anyhow I think you were alluding to the fact you can get coopers there, so we should be able to get most stuff here, well we can get alot but sod all US craftbrews, see above.

Aussie craftbrews to look out for:

Coopers...sort of like your sierra nevada, in terms of market share. From state of south Australia)
Jame Squires, from state of New South Wales
Matilda Bay, from the state of Western Australia
Little Creatures, from the state of Western Australia

Cheers
