Well, I have been brewing now for about 5 years and I really enjoy this hobby a whole lot. I have made tons of new friends and I have had a chance to drink a lot of excellent beer. I really like to research beer styles and new brewing techniques as much as I enjoy brewing up beer in general. I would consider myself an intermediate to advanced brewer as I do All Grain, and I brew all kinds of styles of Ales and Lagers. I have recently started to measure pH and mess with water chem on a basic scale. I brew on a somewhat limited budget, but I continue to aquire brew gear whenever I can spare some extra change. My newest toy is a 16.1cuft chest freezer with temp control of course. I am currently condtioning and drinking from 5 kegs and fermenting some lagers in the open space. I really enjoy listening to the shows on Sundays, but I have listened to more of the archives, unfortunately though at the local library due to having an old worn out computer. Peace, that is all from me for now. I may see you in the chat this Sunday.

Welcome to the board, Chris. I am also on a budget and always trying to acquire new toys...er...equipment for my brewery (or my garage). Where are you out of?

Well, I am out of Lincoln, Ne. Bugeater is in my LHBC. I am a U.S. Air Force vet. I see you fly for them. I gained my love of beer when I was serving overseas at Lakenheath. I miss the military sometimes, even with the current world events.
