So my name's Matt and I have a problem.
I've been brewing for about a year, and I think it's out of control. My wife left me, my car has been repossessed, and my children won't even speak to me anymore. I have been trying to build a better system than Doc. I am almost successful. but not quite. It's only a 15 gallon HERMS with a few 17 gallon conicals and a walk-in freezer for lagering. You bastards on the BN made me do it, or possibly it is just the voices in my head. In any event, I feel my life has good balance now.
Except not really. I have been brewing for a year (about 20 lifetime batches), and I do 5 gal PM (or PE, however ya want to look at it) batches in a 5 gal igloo cooler with a denny conn MLT, and have a few carboys.
This hobby rocks. Beer FTW!!
