I haven't used dry yeast since my first couple of "learn the process" batches made from a kit. But, that seems like a short fermentation. I typically use the Wyeast smack-packs, and it takes a few hours to get started, and then is very active for a few (2-3) days, with minor activity for several more days.

No, I have seen dry yeast take off fast and finish fast. Take a SG reading before you think of doing anything. You may already be done

oh well

Always check your OG and FG to figure out whether the yeast has done its job. The bubbles are not an accurate way to figure out whether they are done.

All times are UTC - 8 hours
