Been listening to the podcasts for quite awhile now but never jumped onto the forums until now. I've been brewing for about 4 years now, first extract but all grain for about two years. Not the fanciest setup, but it brews! Just put a red ipa in the fermenter the other day, and have a tripel in bottles.

Welcome.

Are you in the part of Texas that gets insanely hot in the summer? How are you controlling temps if so?

Welcome! I also just put an IPA into the fermentor and have a Saison in bottles. Even though I keg I prefer my Belgian ales in bottles of I have the time to bottle.
