the saaz are 3.6 the chinook is 12.0 and the citra is 14.2. well i will have some dme left over from the yeast starter i plan to make i imagine that will bump up the gravity a little. thank you very much i will keep you guys informed

Yeah, I'd go very moderate on this. even my original estimate was very bitter (IPA level):
That lme will give you about 1.040 wort at a little over 5 gallons (allowing for trub, hot break, etc)

So:

1 oz Saaz 3.4% @60
.5 oz Citra 14.2% @15
.5 oz Chinook 12.0 @5
1 oz Saaz @ flameout
.5 Citra Dry hop or flameout (your choice)
.5 Chinook Dry hop or flameout (your choice)

TOTAL: ~30 IBUs for a .75 BU:GU, which is hoppy but not over the top.
