Well it's been 10 years or more. There used to be a place here called Brewers Heaven where you could
do it all from start to finish. But one day for whatever reason the doors were locked and the kettles were gone. :cry:

Great to have you on board. Things have changed quite a bit over the last 10 years, esp in the areas of use of secondaries, dry yeast quality, etc.

PS- I grew up in Westerly.

Yeah, I moved around a lot. Ive been here in WA for 18 yrs though.
I've lived in RI, NY, GA, OK, CO, MA, PA, and WA, in that order. Been to every state except AK, ND, and AR.
