Greetings from Fresno

Good evening BN forum!

I have been brewing for a few years and listening to the BN for about as long Thought it would be good to get connected online.

I do have some initial questions about batch vs fly sparging and best ways to not let oxygen touch the beer after fermentation. I will search around and post in the appropriate sections of the forum.

Welcome.

Answers: Batch sparge and blanket with CO2 with closed transfer. There...questions answered.

Seriously though, post your questions in the appropriate forum and they will be answered.
