Have been a wine & mead maker for over 10 years. Tried brewing several kit beers before with fair results in the past.

Welcome. Good luck with your brewing! I look forward to your insights on mead. I have my second batch ever going right now that I'm going to blend with my first batch. I left it on vanilla too long so I want to blend it to cut the vanilla taste a bit and bring out the honey a little more.
