Just getting back into brewing after about a 10 year hiatus. I've recently moved to a suburb of Nashville, home of the great Dave Miller. I love the work the guys at Brewing Network have been doing and am a huge fan of Jamil. I read his BYO articles religiously and have downloaded several years worth of his podcasts onto my iPod which I listen to daily. Life is too short to drink, or make, bad beer.

Welcome and welcome back to the hobby-
You'll find a lot has changed over the last 10 yrs. Some of the old methods (such as racking early to secondary) have been proven detrimental. Listen to the brew strong archives and you won't go wrong.
