Brewing in China

Hi Everybody,
I'm Brian, I've been brewing on-and-off for for a while, mostly in the bay area.

I moved to southwest China last year, and will be here for at least another year, so I'm pretty damned happy that I brought my brewing equipment. Local choices are mostly either watery Snow & Tsingdao, or expensive Belgian stuff.

On the up side, nobody freaks out if you sell some homebrew here, so you could say I'm semi-pro now.

Anybody who happens to be brewing in China, PM me. Some other westerners here are putting together a website about our particular brewing experiences.

And I'd like to thank the asshats on the Sunday Session for helping me stay sane.
