Come find me at club night at the isb bar

Keen to build a bar for the SABC team and drive over in the ute mate. Vortex can share the drive with me.

I think the bit on the Session the other week (JP's news game where they talked about craft beer not performing well for Little Creatures) might have given the wrong impression.

Just like the US, we've got new breweries opening all the time, and many of those are growing quickly.

The growth of Little Creatures (which is a bit like Australia's Sierra Nevada) may have slowed in recent years because of the variety of new players entering the market, and other than a series of single batch released, LC hasn't evolved much beyond its Pale Ale. Craft beer drinkers have plenty of US-style Pale Ales to chose from.

Breweries like Stone and Wood have not been able to keep up with demand.

Distribution/freshness issues have come up as well for LC (Perth is a loooong way from most of Australia) so that doesn't help. I think that is why they're opening a brewery in one of the eastern states.
