I'm an outlaw criminal homebrewer from the beautiful Gulf Coast of Mississippi. Hopefully I can retract that statement after next years legislative session!
Anyway, I have been brewing for about 4 years now and recently built a brutus 10 replica to help streamline brew day. So now I'm just trying to dial in my numbers on it so I can bang out consistent brews! I enjoy the hobby of homebrewing just as much as I enjoy the hobby of building homebrew equipment!
My buddy Whitebeard_Brewer has been telling me to get my ass on here for a while so here I am and I can tell you I'll have many questions and quite possibly be able to offer some input as well.
