Beer Forum

Hello.. been brewing now for about a year and have made some great ales. I am now in a transition to all grains and am always looking for advice. I find that making beers is fun and has a great reward at the end...

My cat, Shadow, watches my every step in brewing. As of yet he hasn't decided to "try" my beer but he is very interested. Hence the account name.

My GF loves hoppy ales and encourages me to look into starting my own small brewery. She is even willing to give up some of her garden space to start some Hops.

Hey Cat... just so you know for the future, the forum has a 'View Active Topics' button that will allow everyone to see new posts, so you only need to start one thread, it will still get seen. Cheers!

National Homebrewers Conference...held every June all around the country. This past year was in the Seattle area. Next year is Philadelphia.

Doh, no. I am just now getting "active" in my brewing.
