Hi everyone, I am pretty new to the brewing scene but like it alot. Need to get more info on how to make great beer and keg it. I look forward to using this forum!

Well, you came to the right place! Welcome! I think your first consideration should be how you are going to chill down your just boiled wort to pitching temps in that crazy Arizona heat!

Welcome.

My advise for kegging is to plan for the future. You will probably think to yourself that a couple kegs will be enough, but that will change. You don't need to buy a bunch of kegs first, but maybe get a co2 distributor bigger than you think you need.

I would just take my boil pot down to the river to chill it. That suckers cold enough even in the summer.

I just recently took a day trip to Havasu with the wife. We stopped in at College Street Brewery and sampled a few of their brews. Very good and very refreshing, it was frickin' HOT. The Rueben on Rye was damn tasty, too!

Welcome to the forum! ... From a fellow Zonie. Havasu has a small but active homebrew club. I've met some of the folks and one that splits time between Havasu and Prescott. Everyone I've met has been super nice and knowledgable, so check out the club if you are interested.
