So I was born and raised in sunny so cal. (inland empire area). I relocated to Washington state to run from the Ca governer and to run towards my inlaws...(yeah sounds wierd!) My pa-in-law introduced me to homebrewing and I am now deep into an amazing homebrew club (Impaling Alers) and enjoying the fruits of my homebrewing labor. So much craft brew influence from the PacNW to soak up. But in a recent visit to So Cal, I was offered a kitchen job at Stone Brewery. The grounds are amazing. The brew is perfected. And the integrity is tops! Many, many, many, many sleepless nights wondering if I need to pull the fam back to So Cal and dig into the brewing forum there or thrive on my current Northwest standing in homebrewing.
Long time listener, first time forumeristingableinist.
Prost. I love homebrew. I love food. I love the BN army.
