Just started brewing a few months back and loving it. All extracts for now...gotta learn to walk before you run I suppose.

Aint nothing wrong with extract, either.
I think you will get all your basic technique down and then the all grain bug will come a knockin before you know it.

Oh well, at least you moved up to a better selection of beer, fucking distribution laws in La. suck balls...
The Flying Saucer and the Gingerman are also a step up from most of the places in Lafayette, for beer, not hot women.
