Hi,

I'm Phil. I live in the UK and I'm a home brewer!

Been brewing for 20 years or more; most of it all grain.

Started listening to the archives at work to help relieve the boredom and thought I'd join the forum too. I am a member on a few of the other forums and recognise a some names here.

Looking forward to learning from you guys and maybe helping a bit along the way.

All the best,
/Phil.

Welcome to the forum, are you a football supporter?
If you have any recipes for Youngs or Adnams, please post.
Cheers mate!

Hi there

I know what you mean about the archives relieving the boredom at work.

Its a great place to learn info here on the forum and the radio show.

No, I don't follow football. Too busy brewing and drinking! As for the recipes, I've never much been into Youngs beers but that probably has more to do with the pubs around here that serve it. Adnams do some nice beers though. Still don't have any recipes for them though, sorry :(

No worries on recipes. Regarding Football VS. beer, I like your style.
Besides all the football suporters from the UK here in NY drink Amsel and Corona. Put it back in the horse is what I say to those beers anyways.
Happy days.
