Hi Fellow Brewers
The new job has kept my attention elsewhere, but now that summer vacation is here I'm delighted to see that the Brewing Network boards are as active as ever.
The orange hat thing has me confused however. Hopefully someone can clue me in - though it shouldn't be hard to get my 'roo one.
I've been listening to the shows via podcast. Its amazing to see how the quality of the shows continues to increase - well, 4 steps forward, one step back sometimes
I'm looking forward to catching the Denny Conn show live though. I'll be doing my least favourite brewing job: cleaning up. I've got a Bavarian Hefe in the fermenter now - but I put off scrubbing the kettle and mash tun. I'm sure no one else ever does that, right?

The hat showed up one day in Lufah's avatar. I think Linuxelf or his wife made it. It is from a Sci-Fi show called "Firefly" I think, and is worn by a character named "Jayne".

I decided it would be funny to put it on my avatar to see if anyone commented. It took off like wildfire and now everyone has a hat.

The Jayne hat is cool. Your joey needs one.
