Hello Brew Friends,

Allow me to introduce myself – I am Tom from Idaho and I have been a lurker on this site since December of 2005 and I am now coming out. I started brewing in December of 2005. I have brewed 17 - 5gallon batches since I started and each one has been an experience. I started with a LHBS Starter Brewery – 1 carboy, a plastic bucket, racking cane, air lock, misc. other items and Charlie Papazian’s joy of Home Brewing. I read the whole book and downloaded and have listened to all the Archives of the B.N. and the Jamil show. I started with Extract like most and within a month moved to partial mash and by March of this year I had finally done my first All Grain. I now do All Grain, use mostly dry yeast and fermentation Temp control, and I still bottle. Because of the B.N I have been improving my beer. :aaron2 Love the shows and keep up the awesome work B.N.

Cheers,
TWC3

another happy brewer, come on in and join the party. sounds like you'll have enough experience to throw something back in as well.
