Hey all,

I'm a carpenter from St. Louis. I've been brewing about 2 1/2 years, first year was extract, ever since been brewing all-grain. Typically I brew twice a month and concentrate my efforts on higher gravity ales with the occasional lager and session brew.

Howdy Mashman,
That sounds like me except the carpenter in STL part. I am in the Air Force (not a pilot) out here in Cali. Orginally from Kansas.
