I made a batch based on Jamil's dubble from BCS but I used what I had on hand so it was 2-row as base malt and a repitch of wlp008 with a pound of honey and a bag of clear candi sugar from my x winning DOTW. I can't believe how much this thing tastes like a dubble - obviously its missing a bit of yeast character but its nice and sweet and I'm not sure what this is from

good beer - fun to drink and try and figure out the flavor
