Whos in? I am considering this as I have the juice type cleanses. With some army support maybe we can all have spotless colons... :unicornrainbow:

I couldn't not eat for 10 days. Or not leave my house for 10 days.

When I picked up my dad from his colonoscopy the doc said this colon was "hellaciously shaped."

Does that run in the family?

I went 8 days with one MRE... it was called survival training (Air Force SERE). We ate at three restaurants in a row when we got back.
