I'm surprised this forum doesn't have a continuous thread on this. I guess you guys are just weekend warriors. But I guess I'll start. I'm ashamed to say that I'm not even drinking beer tonight. I'm still waiting on my Oatmeal Stout to lager a little before I jump into it. Have a Russian Imperial Stout in the fermentor but nothing ready in the pipeline right now. So I'm just downing some shots of Jagermeister.

Homebrew!
Ordinary American Bitter. Will be followed in short order by some Munich dunkel, a taste of the fermenting pale ale and maybe a wheee nip of some homemade absinthe.

Elaborate on the homemade Absinthe. Are you adding extract to a base liquor or steeping some herbs or just going straight homemade with all ingredients?

Got home from work and had a Sierra ESB, and just finished an Alesmith "X" Extra Pale Ale. A home brew will be next, either Schwarzbier or IIPA.

Pale Ale Homebrew here. I was experimenting and used too dry of a yeast so it's not really to my liking but what the hell. I'm not dumping it down the drain.

I just finished a pint (imperial. I like this glass) of my American Wheat. Next I'm heading into the growler of Ghost River IPA that I picked up from the brewer on Saturday. It really is nice to have friends in brewing places.

My dry hopped American amber with rye... and some Tovarish. Mmm... BTW, how is this off topic? Seems beer related to me
