How do I insert an avatar?

I know, stupid question but I want to add one and I can't figure it out on my profile page...it looks like I have to link it to some page vs. inserting a picture from one of my files...help!

Start a photobucket account (free) and then it becomes obvious what to do next.

Umm..yeah...not so much. I became a physical therapist so I could work on people...not computers.
How do I figure out what my URL is?

Once you have an account on a hosting site, you place your pic there....whatever you want to use.....then it should give you the URL to the pic itself...something like this;
http://pic60.picturetrail.com/VOL1773/8 ... 973196.jpg
once you put in the url in your profile, it will tell you at the top if the link works or not.
One other thing.....make sure it's sized before you link to it...I think TBN has a max size somewhere.....maybe in the FAQ?

After two years i finally took the time to figure this out. I use flickr, pretty easy to use.
