Re: I'm done with my LHBS

I agree dealing with higher ups in the store and sometimes it's building trust with them. My closest LHBS is 65 miles away and they were into wine supplies until recently (this past year) started carrying beer supplies. My first two orders I prepaid my order but also talked a lot with the owner. Since then I can call/email my orders and pay when I arrive since she knows I will follow through with my purchases. I do pay a little more than ordering online but I also want to support them. I only purchase about 10-20% of my ingredients from them but want to support homebrewing in the desolate area of Iowa I live in.
-I live in my own little world. But that's okay because they know me there.
-Even if alcohol does kill off brain cells, we all know alcohol goes for the slower, weaker ones first -- making your brain more sleek and efficient.
