Not great beers

What do you guys do with your not so great beer? I bottled an over hopped bitter the a few weeks ago and it just is not what I was looking for. It is "drinkable" but it will diffinately a slog to finish two cases. Is there anything I can do with it besides drinking or dumping? I wouldn't want to pawn it off on my freinds because it's not great and I only want to give them my top notch stuff. Thanks for any tips or suggestions.

Cook with it! I boil rice with beer all the time.

I don't dump anything unless I have no room to dispense it. But I used to cringe over the thought of dumping any beer, even a mediocre one, but now realize that there is always the next batch, and the one after that, and the one after that etc., etc. Life is too short to drink crappy beer.

It's just a few gallons of beer. You are going to make a whole lot more.

I usually keep it until I need the keg or fridge capacity for a new beer. If it's not a great beer, I dump it. I used to not want to dump any beer but I agree, life's too short, and I don't like to give away beer that I think is mediocre.

Sour it if applicable. If not, give it to my dad.

My brother will drink anything with alcohol in it. Not picky at all. He appreciates my bad beer.

I drink it. I'm picky about the beer I buy, but I figure I need to suffer through a couple of cases of shitty beer to figure out what I'm doing wrong.
