We had a nice little get together at my LHBS. Drank our asses off and ate steak, burgers and dogs all day.

In celebration, I ended up brewing a huge amarillo IPA. In my 5 gl. batch I had around 8 lbs or extract, 3 lbs of specialtly and 7 oz of amarillo. This baby smelt unbelievable.

What'd you guys do/brew?

I got "stuck" in San Antonio on Cinco de Mayo to bring a jet out of maintenance depot. We got ripped up on the Riverwalk on Friday night in whch my copilot fell in the river. I had to fish him out before Barney Fiffe could get to him (they arrest you for that). We were lucky the jet wasn't ready when we showed up on Saturday. I climbed into the crew bunks and slept anouther 4 hours. Then we limped home, vowing to never to do that again. But, we will.

The life of aircrew...

Brewed 10 gallons of wheat; pitched 5 with #1056 and the other with #3068. Both fermenting like mad...
