Friday 3/24 Brew session: BSOP 10 gal

Primary: Irish Red IPA (don't ask, it's good!)
Secondary: Strawberry Pale Ale
Keg: a very, very, dry apple cider. 1004FG

Hmmm...

I love those wooden cases. I am starting to collect pre prohibition beer cases myself. I also keep them full of beer just to be authentic.

At the moment I only have one thing fermenting, a blackberry cyser I started two days ago. 1.089 OG and still have to add 14 pounds of blackberries once I get it into secondary. Other than that all I have is 6 kegs of assorted beers (not counting the two on tap) and 2 kegs of cider to tide me over until I can get some more beer brewed.
