Imperial Pale Ale
Mini-mash
This high gravity pale ale uses Munich liquid extract for body and color, and is perfectly hopped for a well-balanced finish.

Largest batch I have made so far, this will be a 5gal batch. Brewing process to start in T minus 2hrs...and counting.

Thanks. I think it went really well. Took a little over 4hrs including all the set up and clean up. In primary now.
I also took a lot of notes to use next time, depending on results etc.
Thanks to everyone for help so far.. Looking forward to the results.

Congrats!!!

I started brewing just over a month ago, and I jumped right into 5 gallon full boil from a kit beer in a 10.5 gallon pot. I just brewed my second batch this past weekend! Its awesome!!! I would have to agree that a full boil is much better than stove top if you have the gas and can do it outside.

BREW ON!!!!
