What would you like to see in new edition of How To Brew?

Thu Jul 25, 2013 12:23 pm

I have started working on the next edition of How To Brew.
Among the topics I am considering adding are: Kegging, Cask Ales, Brewing Sours, and adding oak.
What else would you all like to see?
Thanks,
John

I'd like to see multiple posts.

And I'd like to see the water book come out :D

Which is pretty much what I'd want to see in a new HtB edition. And maybe a couple more sexy Palmer pics.

I'd like to see a digital copy. Paper is so 1990's :D

Other than that, just updating the information, additional items and techniques not available when the first was out.

After the water book, I'd think you'd take a year or 10 off before starting a new project.

Huh...how about that. You know I never thought to check since I've had the hard copy for so long.

It's not nearly as fun to spill beer on a digital copy... just sayin.
