Most likely CO2 coming out of solution especially if you warmed it up a tad.

I know this may seem obvious, but did you include any acidulated malt in your recipe or add any acid? That can be easy to overdo sometimes.

No, I didn't add any acid. I warmed it up to about 72 and didn't get any change in gravity. I'm pretty sure the yeast has done all it's gonna do, soooooo....I stuck the fermenter in the refrigerator last night and I will rack to a keg later today or tomorrow and carbonate it.
