The stout only clouded up the airlock 1 time...its pretty much done fermenting now. I raised the temp yesterday a couple degrees to aid in cleanup and now getting a bubble every now and again. Will move it into the house Saturday and let it finish out at room temp.

I am bottling up my pale ale Saturday, which means I will have an empty fermenter. I may brew Sunday but I have two problems: I dont have many extra bottles, and I just dont know what to brew yet. Maybe a wheat.
